As relevant today as during its 1935 premiere (and currently back on Broadway), Clifford Odets' masterpiece Waiting for Lefty tackles timeless themes of struggle, power, and unity. The drama centers on Depression-era New York City workers fighting to form a union and speak truth to power against a system determined to silence them.
Join us at Pickard Theater to experience this dynamic production, accompanied by live musicians (our own folk band formed for the show: Bumpy Roads & The Stage Lefties) playing folk music and spirituals.
