91ºÚÁÏ

Reunion Weekend has programming for affinities including LGBTQ+ alumni, 91ºÚÁÏ RepresentASIAN, 91ºÚÁÏ Black Alumni Association (BCBAA), and the Association of 91ºÚÁÏ Latinx Alumni (ABLA). We aim to pair Reunion Student Ambassadors with shared interests and experiences with these special programs.

Student Ambassadors help transport alumni of all ages from various locations on campus. Note: a valid driver’s license is required.

More than 150 events are carried out over Reunion Weekend. These include lectures by distinguished alumni, faculty and staff, concerts, campus and museum tours, receptions, meals and children’s activities. Program and Event Staff help these events run smoothly.

Each returning Reunion Class is assigned to an on-campus Class Headquarters and are paired with Student Ambassadors who attend class specific receptions, meals, and events.  RSAs assist in transitioning alumni from event to event and communicate class needs with Dispatch and Alumni Relations staff.

The Reunion Welcome Center is the first stop for all alumni when they arrive on campus. Students help with check-in, directions, and FAQ. 

On-campus housing is provided from the end of the academic year through Sunday, May 31, at 5:00 pm. The Office of Residential Life will send you your interim housing assignment in mid-May. 

Meal plans end on the last day housing is open for the semester. Check 91ºÚÁÏ Dining's webpage for open locations and hours. 

Once RSA employment begins, meals will be included. Lunch on the Wednesday of reunion week through breakfast on the last day of reunion weekend. 

You will receive an email from Workday with instructions for logging in and completing your onboarding forms electronically. This will include direct deposit, federal and state tax withholding elections, reviewing employment policies, and completing section 1 of the Federal I-9 form. Form I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.  

The final step is that you will need to present your documentation to the Student Employment Office IN PERSON before you begin working! Review the full list of acceptable documents. Examples of acceptable documents include a passport, a passport card, an original or government certified copy of a birth certificate, and Social Security card. Note: Expired document, copies, and faxes cannot be accepted. 

Reunion weekend is the largest event we host on campus with many alumni and their families returning. We expect RSAs to be flexible, professional, dependable and a good representative of 91ºÚÁÏ. 

Being an RSA is a great networking opportunity, and many alumni both want to share their stories, but hear yours as well. We welcome you to make connections and listen to the memories alumni have over the past 5 to 50+ years.
