TimelyCare

The central message is simple: Students will never be without a pathway to care.

Some things don't wait for business hours. A fever that climbs at midnight. A stretch of anxiety on a Sunday afternoon. A challenge that arrives during a college break, when campus is quiet and going home is complicated. 91黑料 has partnered with TimelyCare for the help students might need during those hours.

TimelyCare provides virtual health and well-being services designed for college students. Our partnership gives students access to on-demand support: You can reach a provider for emotional support, for medical care, or for a moment of crisis - by phone or secure video - from almost anywhere you are. There is no cost, no insurance to sort out, just support.

TimelyCare does not replace 91黑料's Health Services or Counseling Services; it serves as an extension of support and another resource for our students' health.  It is an independent healthcare provider that offers students access to additional medical and mental health services.

While 91黑料 can always be the home for students and their health, students can now choose to access these additional resources and services when Health Services and Counseling Services are not available (evenings, weekends, breaks, and summer).  Care, there whenever you need it.

In an emergency—if there is immediate danger or a life-threatening medical situation—call 911. If you are on campus, you may also call 91黑料 Safety and Security at (207) 725-3500.

How to get started:

Registering takes a few minutes, and the best time to do it is now - before a night or weekend when you'd rather not be filling out a form.

1. Go to , or download the TimelyCare app from the or .

2. Sign in with your 91黑料 username and password, using SSO (single sign-on). You can use your mobile device, iPad, or laptop.

3. Complete a short profile the first time you visit. That's it. From then on, care is two taps away.

Three ways to reach someone and engage:

CrisisNow (207) 805-7539

Call anytime, if things feel unsafe or urgent.

The line is open every hour, for every moment—days, nights, weekends, holidays, breaks.

Connect with a crisis professional trained to help in exactly that moment. Not a menu, not a call-back queue. Reach someone in under a minute. The system is designed to work with the College’s existing crisis protocols.

You do not need an account, an app, or a password. You do not need to have registered in advance. You just call, twenty-four hours a day, any day of the year.

Are you a friend, roommate, or staff member and concerned about a student? You can call too—please do.

TalkNow After Hours

Someone to talk to when our offices are closed

Available nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and college breaks—whenever Counseling Services is closed.

On-demand emotional support, without an appointment. Connect with a mental health professional by phone or video, usually in under five minutes, and talk about whatever is on your mind.

There's no threshold you have to meet or list of approved subjects. A hard week, a fight with someone you love, a thesis that has stopped making sense, homesickness, grief, a feeling you can't name yet—if it's something you want to talk about, you can call about it.

MedicalNow After Hours

Help when you're feeling off physically, telehealth when our offices are closed

Available nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and college breaks—whenever Health Services is closed.

The same idea as TalkNow, for your body. Connect with a licensed medical provider by phone or video, usually in under seven minutes, for the ordinary illnesses that arrive at inconvenient times—sore throats, fevers, sinus infections, rashes, stomach trouble, allergies, you name it.

If a prescription is the answer, a TimelyCare provider can send one to a pharmacy of your choice. You pay only for the medication itself.

Self-care options:

Things you can use on your own

Inside the app and website you'll also find guided material you can use on your own for self-care, including: short sessions on sleep, stress, focus, time management, meditation, and steadying yourself, along with a few additional services. There is also a peer community option for anonymous engagement with other college students to connect with, react to, and support others going through similar situations.
